For first breakfast we stayed at the hotel to sample their delicious egg dishes. Harvey and Remy wolfed down pancakes (this is becoming a trend), and then we walked down to the beach one last time to say goodbye to the big Pacific ocean waves.
We couldn't leave Todos Santos without one more Docecuarenta stop, so we popped in on the way out for breakfast number two. And if we are having breakfast again, we might as well have second coffee as well.
The drive north was uneventful, primarily traveling along a single highway that hardly had any exits. Making a wrong turn would have been quite a feat.
Our La Paz air BNB is just outside of town at the marina, and although it is a bit of a hike to get downtown, there are several restaurants, a satellite Docecuarenta, and an extraordinary beach side pool. We arrived a bit before check in but were able to drop our bags and head to the pool. Harvey and Remy went straight in, and spent the next several hours swimming and hunting for a shell that Clint found on the beach. Mom or Dad would toss it, they would go find it, rinse and repeat.
Once everyone had had enough sun we headed back to the room to relax. The Moms went to scout out the dinner options and the boys stayed back to play board games. We had takeout in the room and everyone turned in early after a very long day with a ton of sun time.
