Christmas is coming soon, and downtown Todos Santos is starting to look very festive! We walked around town to admire some of the decorations. A lot of the towns in Baja have similar signs with the individual letters being decorated by different artists. This one also happens to have an excellent view of the palm forests behind it.
This display is a little more traditional and is right outside the large church next to the town square. It seems to cover most of the North American Christmas mythos. We couldn't remember Santa and Rudolph being present at the nativity, but maybe we just skipped over that part.
Opposite the church is another display of a sleigh and a stack of presents. Remy did his best elf impression and brought almost all of them over to us. We must have been good this year.
It was very hot in town so we decided to head back to the beach to finish our strolling.
Louie is in there somewhere.
5 Tacos and a Beer: Back to a familiar spot, but this time we mixed it up! Dad had the hot dog combo, one regular hot dog and one vegetarian hot dog (not actually a combo, but Dad wanted to try both). Mom had Alambre, which is similar to a fajita, and deemed it excellent. Remy also got to try his first rice pudding. He approved.
